Marina Bychkova Porcelain dolls [Revisited]

Initially I only put the images on my blog because I stumbled upon them a while ago and thought they were beautifully intricate and the detail is intense.  After looking through some Blog stats it seems this page causes a lot of interest, so I decided to properly look into Bychkova and these fabulously interesting dolls. From what I can tell most are inspired by a form of art, a book, a section of history. What Bychkova has brought to the doll is amazing, they're definitely not your typical chubby faced Victorian doll neither are they as plastic and as false as a Barbie. There's something wonderfully delicate about these dolls which helps to convey their story. All of the images below are some of my favourites from 'costumed dolls' section of Bychkova's website which you can find here

Mulberry does it again...

Just flicking through the latest Elle and what do I see? Brighton rock and candy stripes. To-die-for. Oh and if anyone fancies getting me the Prada clutch and the italian food jewellery from Dolce&Gabbana... What's stopping you?

New Design!

I've finally got round to re-designing my blog and making it look more how I want it rather than just using standard blogger templates! I hope you like it as much as I do! :)

I love everything about this campaign from the way that its shot to the garment details. The colours work well with each other and the collection has a sport-smart vibe.
